Each January, the Merciful H.E.L.P. Center from Our Lady of Mt. Carmel parish in Carmel, Indiana, hosts CommUNITY Care Day at Holy Cross School in Anderson. This event supports hundreds of Madison County families with food, school supplies, and more. For 2025, it will be held on January 11th, and volunteers are essential for its success. All parishioners and students are encouraged to help clean before we change our church environment for Christmas. Use the checklist in the Narthex to select a task to complete at a time that works for you. Then, mark the item as completed on the checklist. Please see the notice in the Narthex for more details. Please make sure to place your Angel Tree gifts, unwrapped, under the tree by Dec. 15th at the latest. These gifts will bless the families of St. Mary School and the Summerville and Alex Care Center residents.
