The Daughters of Mary wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped with the Saturday Supper on Oct. 5 after the 4:30 Mass—and for the generous assistance given with all of their projects!
Please keep our 6th-8th grade St. Mary School students in your prayers as they experience their annual Jr. High Faith and Leadership Retreat at Camp Rancho Framasa in southern Indiana from October 30 to November 1.
After the All Souls Day Mass at St. Ambrose on November 2, there will be a brunch in the church basement. Volunteers are needed to donate food and assist with set-up, serving, and clean-up. Click here for more details!
In September we had eleven food distribution days, which is fewer than normal, but that didn’t stop us from seeing a record number of people. Over 1200 people came in those eleven days, which beat the record set in August.
There are people in our pastorate who are happy to pray for your special intentions.
Contact your parish secretary to learn how to connect with the prayer line.
The Daughters of Mary are collecting donations throughout October. Look for the list of desired items located at the donation table in the Narthex of St. Mary Alexandria.
The Book of Remembrance has been placed near the baptismal font at each of our parishes and is now open for you to enter the names of friends and relatives who have gone before us. We will be praying for the people named in these books during our All Souls’ Day Mass and throughout November.
